You'll need to give us some more information. 

Wired or wireless?
Operating System?
Server version?
How long did you have the SB3 working?
Does the SB3 power up? Is the display lit up?
You also have the option of calling the slim people for support,
depending on where you are that might be an expensive phone call,
though. Where are you?
You can also email them. support at slimdevices dot com.
It's now Saturday in North America. I don't know if they work weekends.
