Windows? Do the following: Start > Run > cmd
cd\the_path_to_the_top_level_music_folder_with_all_the playlists
dir *.m3u /s (this will list all the playlists)
del *.m3u /s (this will delete all the playlists)
exit
Be careful, This is not reversable!
