I run 2 SB2's (one wireless, one wired) and a softsqueeze (transcoded down to 64kbps even since I'm being nice to my bandwidth at work) fine on a P2/400 so you should be fine depending on your library size. That will be the real clincher: I have around 8000 tracks, and slimserver is taking around 55M, though I am using mysql as a backend.
