I just experienced a similar problem with an mp3.
Using SS 6.2.2's web interface I added a few mp3s to be played. The
rest of the songs played fine, but with one particular song, the last
few (10 or so) secs get chopped off at the same place every time. The
odd thing is that if I clear the list
I was advised by tech support to disable the WMA -> WMA (built in)
transcode rule in Server Settings
-> File Types. This fixed the problem and also revealed a bug of some
kind, which has been put on the list.

I had something like this happen to me, but it was after I re-ripped
some tracks at a different bit-rate. In my case, telling SlimServer to
forget everything and rescan did the trick. (A rescan for "new and
changed" *didn't* help, btw.)
