Denon UDM-30 or UDM-31. Just discovered these today - don't know how I've missed them for so long. One of these would look great with an SB3 on top! I don't like the look of the newest version(UDM-33) as much, but it looks like there are still quite a few of the older units available. Just thoug

Any further info on this 'Pragmatic' product? There sure isn't much on their website. I assume it must be Class D, given the size? Pricing? Distribution? Comparison to the SI T-Amp? I'm currently looking at Edirol active speakers (used to be they were 'studio monitors', now they're 'desktop sp

Thanks for that suggestion Usualsuspect, I'm now using a Parasound Z.amp V.3 and Paradigm Atoms wallmounted in my bedroom, at a cost of $500 which I hope to recoup a great deal of by selling my Bose Radio/CD. It sounds great. BTW, where do you have your level attenuators on the Z.amp set to? I d

For cramped spaces, I have been happy with: Paradigm Cinema 90 speakers and a Parasound zone amp ("zamp" - about the size of a paperback book). The nice thing about the zamp is that it has adjustable attenuators on the RCA inputs - very useful in taming the "hot" output of the SB2. The zamp v3 is

I have a pair of swan m200s and I am very happy with them. They power my rather small bedroom and have quite accurate, clean sound. I am moderately picky about sound... I have a $2000 set up (with a sb2) in my living room, and the swans compare reasonably well for such a compact, cheap and power
