Are you running the really old version of SlimServer that Roku requires?
Not much we can do to help you there...

View this thread:
Underrun means that data wasn't sent to Roku in time - with a real
Squeezebox it continues when data is sent, with a Roku it just stops
listening.
PM me - I might be able to provide a patch. Also you could just revert
back to 6.2.2 version there is little in 6.3.x for a Roku user.

It looks like you may have reached the conclusion I did. If you prefer
Slimserver to the other server apps, buying an SB3 is the better long
term option.
However, I did a patch for a Roku for AlienBBC which is a similar
problem you have and so it may work for you but it is only for 6.2.1 so
You should bear in mind that 6 seconds is a long time to wait for data.
With your current set up it sounds like you'll wait at least that long
for the requested menu to arrive even if you have a SB3 (which is a far
superior product by the way!).

Squeezebox2 Benchmark Dac1
My guess is that is it is a problem with the Roku emulation of a
squeezebox.
Are you sending MP3 to Roku ?
If Roku does not get data within 6 secs it breaks connections and stops
playing anything sent by Slimserver.
Try using d_source and look at log when making this happen.

Still not able to search reliably. Sometimes, if I type fast, I get
search results without the server dying. But if I type just a single
character, and wait about 1/2 second before continuing, the server will
always crash. And even if I do get results, backspacing to change the
search text

Server on Redhat 9.0. Accessing via XP machine using Firefox 1.0.6 and
IE 6.0 (same behavior in both). I'm running the 6.2b1 8/30 nightly tar.gz.
What version of perl do you have installed? perl -v will tell you.
