My theory, in the absence of anything else, is that they're in heavy
duty crunch time and they possibly were told not to "waste" time on the
forums.
The Touch is arguably the most important device Logitech has released
since the acquisition.

Just because they aren't replying doesn't mean they aren't reading
stuff.

of being shut down around the end of the year anyway (many employers do
this).

A number of SB employees who were previously active in these forums
haven't been around for awhile. I saw earlier threads discussing org
changes, work time priority changes and redeployments. I wonder if
that's what's going on or if some have left the company?
