finally was able to download both.
5.1.5 does NOT seem to work.
3.51.27 DOES seem to work.
also, you have to right click the .hta file, go to properties, and
"unblock" and "apply" before using it, (at least with XP sp3 you do).
its seemingly working now, i'll be interested to see the results.
i really should read the webpage first... (i'm so old skool i expected
a readme type text file with the info, alas, there is none).
it seems i need an odbc mysql thingamajig. it says 3.51 but there is
now a 5.1.5 available. problem is i can't get the 5.1.5 to download.

i put the extracted folder and its 3 files in the plugins folder. was
this not correct?
i don't see it listed in SC > Settings > Plugins.
should it be there, and how do i access it?
