There was a thread here a year or so ago when a user had managed to
child-proof the menus on a Touch so his kids couldn't do anything
destructive. It's pretty likely that the same (or very similar)
instructions would work for the Radio as well.

Even if you could lock down the web gui, they could still control the
other's player directly via the Radio by using "Choose Player". I'm
afraid you'll have to bite the bullet and educate your children to be
considerate. And as garym says, you have a lot of leverage because you
