Don't have the choices for other browsers on the work computers, and
co-workers and software developer friends are all telling me to give
IE7 a wide berth for now. The knowledge base form worked in the last
few days on these same computers with nothing changed.

the link works with firefox 2 ( 2.0.0.14 ) on ubuntu.
try another browser FF2 or IE7

Nope, and I just tried it from a 3rd computer almost completely
unrelated to the first two. First two are work-issued laptops. The
3rd is a personal laptop completely uncontaminated by the 1st two.
Only thing they share is the same router/modem. The Duet is playing
via WiFi on the same router/
I just tried e-mailing tech support from your link above and it worked
for me. There are some miscellaneous typos in there (SqueezeBox instead
of Squeezebox) that should be corrected.
Of course, I'm in Mountain View, California and YMMV.
