I'm assuming your SB is an SB original, SB2, or SB3/Classic. First, cycle through presses on the Brightness button of the remote to make sure that it hasn't somehow been reset to 0. If that doesn't work, what version of SqueezeCenter/Squeezebox Server are you running? If the problem appeared

Some people with display problems have removed their prefs files or whole cache folder or done a completely clean install . I had this between some older versions similar reasons clean install might be needed. -- Mnyb No

I have a Squeezebox and a a Boom and love them both. However on my Squeezebox the display has gone blank. No time display or anything. I can access the player via my computer to play music and it works fine but it shows no artist info or anything just the two sound meters on the right side of
