1. Does a manual in pdf for SqueezeboxServer exist, or is there only the
Wiki?
2. Shouldn´t there be a proper manual in pdf for this important
software for the Squeezebox´s devices, regarding all the settings that
can be made there?

A manual probably would be a good idea, but I don't think I've ever seen
a manual for slimserver, SqueezeCenter, or Squeezebox Server (the 3
generations of the server software, or at least the 3 names). For
settings, there is a lot of good info in the help tips that you get if
