Hi tc, yes. Seems odd that the IR receiver should just die so tried all
combinations of stuff. All ok, except this IR wont receive. I'll let
all know if

Did you try swapping power supplies with one of your fully functional
units?

I've got a bunch of SB2's scattered around the house. On one of them
the IR has suddenly stopped working. Tried different remotes to be sure
its not the remote, but it is definitely the IR receiver. Doesn't work
even when not connected (IE. Hold down power to restart, up/down thru
menus etc.)
