I notice this primarily while browsing artwork in the web UI, but I also often see it with images in the Now Playing pane. In artwork I'll get maybe 1/2 to 2/3 of the album covers loading, the rest red X's. I can do a right-click 'Show Picture' in IE and the image then appears. Usually if I close the browser and then reopen it I'll get all images loading for a couple pages and then it begins doing it again.
