I have quite a few albums which only show in the music folder. These
albums don't
show up in the browse by album, artist, etc, nor do they show on the
Slimserver browse by album or anywhere else.
Why is this happening, and how do I get these albums to show up with
the rest of my albums?
There are probably numerous reasons why this could occur, but I had this
problem on certain albums that were ripped to FLAC. I used dbPowerAmp to
rip them, but I had set dbPowerAmp to use the wrong tag type for FLAC
files - FLAC only officially supports vorbis comments. Due to this,

that there are many reasons the tags don't show, but I disagree that
FLAC only supports ogg vorbis. Most of my music is ripped to FLAC and
all of the tags are in IDEv2, as recommended in the forums.
Yooper, you didn't give us alot of informaton, but my first guess is
that the album is in WAV

True that FLAC does allow ID3 tags, but I'm not sure where
Guys, thanks a lot. I followed your suggestions and discovered it is a
combination af wav files, as well as incorrect tags.
