Thanks for everyone's advice and input. Ultimately, I rolled back to
6.3.1 and that worked. Still, shouldn't have to regress to progress.
Cust. Service (w/whom I've had many phone calls and e-mails) tells me
that they're trying to work out this "bug."

Actually, this is more akin to bug 4384. Please vote on this bug--I

Must of my music is in AIFF format and I am having the same problem

Has anyone with this problem tried the alternate socketwrapper.exe

It seems to solve all sorts of weird and wonderful problems with

There were a lot of changes going from 6.3.x to 6.5.x, so it's best to

Firmware is paired with server version. If you reinstall 6.5.0 it'll
put the appropriate firmware back on the Squeezebox.

All my music is in Windows Media Lossless format. Since "upgrading" from
6.5.0 to 6.5.1 I have noticed that the player stops each track about
17-20 seconds from the end and moves to the next track on the album. It
seems to be independent of track length.
6.5.1 came with a firmware upgrade. If I r

Well, as embarassed as I may be, I've no idea how to "roll back" to a
prior version. One of the recommended fixes had been to roll back to
6.3.1. How do I do that? Thanks.

Check out bug 4544. SD is now able to reproduce this problem and I
think that they are going to try to fix it in 6.5.2. Meanwhile, you
can go back to 6.3.1 and get rid of the problem.

In lieu of no interest from Slim Support on this issue - I recommend
rolling back to 6.3.1
This is a workaround for the truncation problem.

Hi all
The last 10 to 15 seconds are being cut off of my songs. Only seems to
happen on flac and wav files. I have been updating the software nightly.
I am using windows 2000 server. Never used to happen on the old 6.5.1
nightly. Since I have upgraded to the official release. The problem
started.
Hi
Has anyone else experienced the end of songs being chopped off on
playback - with the next song starting straight away?
I have 6.5.1 and a library of MP3 (LAME) and Apple Lossless albums, and
use the iTunes.
This playback problem occurs on every playlist or album that I play.
