I would not like this one, I foresee a lot of bugs and problem with
players not connecting to the right place.
It has to be some user config possibilities to make it work

Something like this feature is already provided as part of the
ServerPowerControl plugin.
You can close down the server PC and switch to whatever SqueezeNetwork
is called now (why did they change it?) from the player's remote control
and lots of other server power control possiblities.
