I can confirm that the artist and album sort tags in iTunes play nice with SlimServer. I'm not using the SlimServer use iTunes feature, however, so I can't say if SlimServer reads the iTunes sort tags in that mode (I run a script that builds m3u's from my iTunes playlists and SlimServer uses

Thanks all. I bit the bullet and upgraded iTunes. After a few days running I can confirm that SlimServer 6.5.1 seems to play nicely with iTunes 7.1. BarCar -- barcar barcar's Profile:

Not sure if this is related to iTunes 7.1, but all of a sudden today my albums titles are not displaying on my SB3 after the upgrade. (Running 6.5.1 on XP, iTunes 7.1) I can browse artists, song titles, etc. but not album titles. Don't know what happened, haven't had time to check it further.
