Hi,
I added Wave Input 1.02 to my SC 7.3.3. I added wavein:0 to Favorites
in SC, but it does not connect PC sound with SB. I used wavin2cmd.exe -w
-o wavin:0 > capture.wav. The file size is is growing, OK. When i try to
play the file in Windows Media Player, i get ca. 1s sound. What could be
wrong
First remove the 1.02 as it is not supported on 7.3.x and then install
the correct version of WaveInput for 7.3.x - use the Extension
Downloader to install.

Thanks, "Extension Downloader v0.1" ->settings (Recommended 3rdy party
plugins) from Plugins list on SC? - there is nothing on the list there
like wavin or similar?

Hi,
Done, now it seems that it opens stream for very short time and then it
closes it. Below is server.log

Please give info onm your system - OS version, what type of player etc.
Make sure you test playing a file not an radio stream/service (e.g.
pandora) as radio streams/service can have special problems.
Have you tested that your PC audio driver supports recording PC audio
sound ? Use Accessory Re
I chnaged audio setup to "What U Hear" -> i waked up everybody in the
house now - SB's started to play spotify now. Thanks!!

WaveInput does not work reliably with Spotify due to the way Spotify
manipulates the audio subsystem.
If you want to listen to Spotify - the better solution is probably
DSBridge
