It's a long holiday ... he'll be gone from now until the 18th.
Sweden is well known for its public spirited live.
I'm leaving for the second week of holidays within a month. Not bad

if you want help here, explain the NATURE of the problem, instead of
just venting frustration over support (which most people here have
found to be very good), and very little of the actual details of the
