There are Pronto files on www.remotecentral.com that say they contain discrete commands for Squeezebox.
I've only used the ones linked from SlimDevices before (which don't) but having seen what's on Remote Central I think it could be time for an upgrade. A full Squeezebox keyboard on the Pronto?! Does anyone know if it's possible to use a custom IR map as well as the default one (so that the Pronto & the original remote will both work)? Do I create a custom map that includes the original one?
