The Notebook setup was really simple. What I did was to make everyone start
their Notebook and set a title. Then I took a minute to open Github, create a
new repo, set up my remotes and add/commit/push the Notebook in front of them.

I did install nano with the installer in a Windows VM but had an input /output
error when running it from Git bash. I did not have time to investigate while
we were teaching but we'll definitely have a look before our next workshop.
