Hello, As a big fan and user of OO-Writer I wrote down some things that could be improved in the next versions of OO-Writer (hopefully even in OO-Writer 2.x)
It would be good if there the spell-checker would not mark words which are written correctly but are saved wrong in the dictionary. I mean words for example like "dictionary". The spell checker suggests instead "di ctionary". The thesaurus should appear faster. "Navigator" and "Outline Numbering" should be integrated in the desktop like in WORD. I don't like them in separate windows. When auto-saving a document OO-Writer should be able to display/write the letters which I wrote during auto-saving. It happens quite often that the words that I wrote during the auto-saving just don't appear. It would be nice if a grammar-checker could be integrated in OO-Writer. It would also be good if OO-Writer would recognize the language in which one is writing. That would save one to manually tell OO-Writer that one paragraph is in the one language and anotherone in another language. (WORD can do that) It would also be nice if indexes could be linked like in WORD. So that one just has to click at one headline at the index to get to the corresponding part of the text.
