[discuss] Hi, idea for OOO

Hello. I am ukrainian user of OOO. When I try to open same .doc, .html and etc files I see the wrong codepage of word's... If I can change codepage from one to other, then I can view normal text - not the unreadeble text... I ask to add button witch can change the codepage of document С
