Hi,

Two things for this email:

1. I have updated the knowledgebase to reflect the 5 most recent
   searches performed on the information. This is still semi-automated,
   so do not expect something to show up immediately in the list.
   However, this also gives the moderators (currently only me) the
   chance to see what queries people have and add any missing info.

2. After talking with people such as Iannz, Jacqueline and some of
   the developers, they all agreed that the knowledgebase was a good
   starting point for support. I have queried the website developers
   about getting a link put on the support page, but have not yet
   received a response. Can anybody here suggest the next step for this?
