I think that it would be an effective inclusion to the startup menu to let the
user custom sort the New Items list, and the Templates folders / files so
that they appear in the order
you could always name it with a numeric prefix
to show items at the top of the list
eg 01 my letter
02 my fax
other stuff 1
more stuff
