I want to transmit and receive real time voice. For that I am using
tx_voice.py and rx_voice.py from gnuradio examples. But i can not receive my
voice. I am using ubuntu 10 and gnuradio 3.1.3 version. I am using 2.4Ghz
daughter boards for both usrp1s one at transmitter side and other at

Hi,
May be someday, the USRP_x will transfer data to our PC using USB 3.0, a 5
Gbps data transfer bus.

I am not able to configure and compile GR on Ubuntu 9.04 using the
directions from the gnuradio.org/trac on any of three different
machines on which I attempted to do the upgrade. I then tried on one
of them doing a raw install (the one with the least stuff on it). The
same failure occurs, so

The next step is to convert the simple_mac.py inorder to work with USRP2.
Who is interested in this work?

It was a firmware problem, and after updating the latest firmware I was
able
to transmit/receive at 1Mbps.

First I think you should verify that the USRP cannot permanently store
firmware in some way, maybe even contact Matt Ettus?
There is no way to store the FPGA image on there. You can store only a
very tiny cut down version of the FX2 firmware.

Hi,
I replaced your USRP2'mac adress with mine and tryed the code but no
received packet even with USRP2. I suggest that you use the usrp2_version
branch code to transmit packets with USRP2 and try to catch them with
USRP1 since this code works fine for many of us.

I have removed the offending package from the build instructions on trac wiki
This explains why Tom could get it to build and I could not get started!
Thanks,
Bob

Hi.
I am having a similar problem getting two USRPs to run on one computer
on NetBSD. gnuradio can only run one USRP at a time. It can only run
USRP #0 and when I create a usrp source/sink with which=1 it says
Unable to find USRP #1.
Are you saying more needs to be done than specifying
