May be they don't headline it but it's often there in distro repositories. Ubuntu e.g is as always way behind with only 3.6.1 in 13.04. If you need it you'll find it and if you don't know what it is you won't need to know. openSUSE 12.3 and 13.1 Beta 1 - 3.6.5 and 3.7.1 both available. --
