the flowgraph is supposed to decode the downlink. Your sample file
name suggests it contains samples encoded for the uplink.
The messages you see should be part of the initial setup. So some of
those parameters may change when the flowgraph
Hi Johannes, you are exactly right. I made a mistake,I got my input files
from the Uplink.I will try again to use the right input files.

I think you should use differential encoding with DPSK Mod/DPSK Demod
block because the receiver doesn't know the phase used.
Also, if you want to test the reliability of your flowgraph, you can
replace your USRP source and sink with a Channel Model and play with
the frequency, noise, etc...

It can be used for detecting which frequency band is available and then
sending data in that particular channel/frequency band. I have tried using
the application that has come with GNU Radio "usrp_spectrum_sense
