Most likely you need to install the dev package
apt-get install gnuradio-dev

Klick the "generate" button (highlighted in red); the path where your
python file has been written will be visible in the console window
(highlighted in green), and you can set the ID and with that, the file
name in the Options block (highlighted in blue):
