compilers aren't really as cool as they could be (there's been a lot of
performance improvement in both GCC and Clang in the last four years),
and you do care about performance.

Thanks for your input.
Here is the combination tried by me:
Mpeg Input Stream with Audio at 64K and video at 200K max(Total 264K for
144p resolution)
Sample rate: 310K
Using calculation mentioned tried below combination with QPSK:
CR: 2/3, GI: 1/16, CP: 512 (Bit Rate: 264679.9)
CR: 3/4,
On it!!! will get back with any problems I could face and not resolve...
