I have not had the opportunity to use a Nutaq radio sadly. Nutaq does
list support for GNU Radio but provides access to the OOT module with
support for the PicoSDR to customers only so I'm not able to check and
see what versions of GNU Radio it is compatible with.

Hello, all. Has anyone used any Gnuradio programming tools (e.g. GRC)
with the Nutaq PicoSDR 4x4 box? Just got my hands on one and am anxious
to know whether Gnuradio utilities are to be preferred over, say,
Mathworks' Simulink. (I'll admit to some bias as I'm a big fan of

Can you edit it and below the "print("Warning: failed to
XInitThreads()")" , add a "raise" so we get to see the actual
exception details that prevent it ?
Why? That warning is a legitimate one, but it's also just a warning.
As software architect, I'd like to understand the reason for wanting to
remove this.
