SDRPlay works fine with 3.8 via gr-soapy and the SoapySDRPlay driver. That driver is now built on the SDRPlay v3 API. I just ran that stack and it works fine. If someone is already porting your code to 3.8, stick with that for a bit since that's what current distros have. The port to 3.9 is fairly
