runs much faster that way, but it is not possible to fetch
data from instruction SRAM. Hopefully I will get that one resolved with
reading more man pages.
I look forward to getting this thing interfaced to GNUradio. Any

open to making it different. Even if you are not
interested in working with me using the DSPCARD, I would be happy to
look over schematics, give ideas and such. I am more of a hardware
hacker than a software hacker so I cannot assist much with the software
side.

plan now is to have a board
containing the DSP and FPGA, and a seperate board containing ADCs and
DACs. If I have any FPGA IO left over, I will provide a connector for
possible expansion such as 1394 or GMII.

Another option is to use a surface mount connector and provide
differential connections to the ADC as well as SPI and GPIO. This would
require an additional board, but would be the most flexible.
Also any advice on how to interface this with gnuradio would be welcome.
