build blocks with GRC ?

There's tutorials on the web site.
But you don't actually build blocks with GRC (unless they're
hierarchical blocks), you use them.

I am trying to install gnuradio on a new
computer running suse 12.3 to use it with my
usrp.
upon cmake I keep getting the message:
Could Not find PythonLibs.

Running ok with gr-air itself, but I want to have Virtual Radar Server
as the plotter for it.
VRS is setup like this:

Portforwarding:
