I used Ettus USRP B210.
I had this issue, no matter what modulation schemes I was implementing.
What I noticed was the fact that if the signal power drops below a value, the
whole receiver stopped and even the constellation was not updating.
I think the receiver block diagrams couldn’t recover
the job.
Loop Bandwidth is the famous constant of 2*pi/100.
I use these values and the flowgraph seems to be fine. I hope they do the same
for you.

The flowgraph I am implementing is simple and straight forward. I am
modulation a set of data and a known preamble. The modulations I am looking
at are either PSK or QAM. After a block of "Channel Model", I want to
