I know from testing that 3.2.2 and the latest trunk work under 10.5
and libusb 0.1.12. We're working to get these working on 10.6 64-bit
and libusb 1.0 series, but also keeping backwards compatibility with
10.5 and 10.6 32-bit as well as libusb 0.1.12.

What OS/platform are you using? What is the value of your PYTHONPATH
environment variable?
Also, check that when you compiled GNU Radio, the USRP module was not discarded.
