Per a recommendation from M. Leech use of a new Cat5e likely has corrected this
issue.

While loading the new images worked
Seeing variation in USRP2 response:
T60, Intel 82573L, Ubuntu 10.10, master branch (both gnuradio and uhd), latest
uhd image
50-50 the system will respond to uhd_find_devices and uhd_usrp_probe and the
uhd.usrp_source interface
When not responsive, there is the No UHD devices found or
May be resolved...
