What happened to the cic_int_shifter.v file in the USRP
source? I am looking at reenabling upconversion in the
FPGA but cannot seem to locate this file. My version of
the USRP tarball is 0.8.

Is there a particular reason cic_int_shifter.v is not in the tarballed verilog
in the 0.8 tarball?
I've pulled down QuartusIIWE 4.2 and tried to do a compilation, but it missed
that file. I got it from the SourceForge CVS, but was just curious why it
wasn't distributed.
