I'm afraid that's a bit out of the realm of what César can do – that's
gnu.org infrastructure, and we're still (still) trying to figure out
whether (and if so, how) it's possible to repair.

1. Write documentation,
2. Test our current development version,
3. Report and reproduce bugs,
4. Review pull requests,

sure you can install GNU Radio (you can start with our Launchpad
installation), and then see what you can / can't do.
