On a .ORG transfer requested on 21 October (yeah, I know...) we saw the
following:

Unable to process transfer: Parameter value policy error

But the status info says:
*Transfer Status: *
Hello guys,
I have setup fresh/new DNS on new server, I have register DNS to all main
registers, but I have fail to do for .ORG domain
Any advice on this would be nice :)
where, how, etc.

I just ran it on a nameserver that's already in the registry and .ORG
complained along with
