i don't know of a PubMed style clearinghouse/index for IT/IS...but here are a few journals from a quick search... i'd try poking around educational institutions for that information...UNC has a School of informaiton and library science, Ga.Tech has a MIS, MIT degree...i'm sure you could probably f
