I already mentioned this but as there were action then let me send this call again.
Oracle is going to organize an Installfest during OSDC. (26-28/2/2006) That is, they are going to bring some Linux distribution and will install that along with their free (as in free beer) Oracle software to whomever brings his/her notebook or desktop. I think they are willing to install their software even if there is some Linux on the computer. http://www.osdc.org.il/installfest.html I would be glad to see a few people from the community getting organized and run similar intallparty during the conference using Debian or Ubuntu or some similar distro. Up to three volunteers to do this will (as the regular speakers) get free pass to the conference.
