At this late stage, it's highly unlikely that you'd be able to put together
a successful proposal, and demonstrate your ability to execute on it. We
encourage students to spend some time contributing before proposal stage,
to give us a better idea of the ability to complete their tasks. Further,
I'm doing my UG 3rd year .I m interested to work with Django in Test
framework cleanup idea so please help where to start with and help me to
draft proposal
