Hi everyone, The proposed date for 1.7 beta was yesterday, and unfortunately we've missed it (mostly my fault, I'm backlogged on migrations tickets due to moving continent).
However, for stability reasons I'm still going to announce a feature freeze on 1.7 from now onwards. We're going to delay branching off into the 1.7 branch until the release itself is rolled, so I'm aware this essentially feature-freezes master for a little while, but hopefully only a week or less. Any help to clear our backlog of release blockers would be much appreciated (be it patches, patch reviewing, or just making a project or test that reproduces the issue): https://code.djangoproject.com/query?status=!closed&severity=Release+blocker&order=priority I'll be working on migrations issues over the weekend, and hopefully I'll have enough time to get them all.
