On the other side, it's a good indicator for a future "select entire resultset" button/link to display that really the whole resultset is selected, not just all entries on the given page.
Attached is a patch against the latest trunk which implements that. Testet in IE6, Safari4, Opera9.5 and Firefox 3.0.
