I'm not aware of any recent discussion. I know of some third-party
solutions such as [https://pypi.python.org/pypi/django-subcommand/ django-
subcommand]. Anyway, it would be better to bring this up on the
DevelopersMailingList. If there's consensus on a concrete proposal, we can
reopen the ticket. Thanks.
