Syncdb hangs/stalls

Everything was working up until a few hours ago. Then I tried setting up South because I have a less than simple migration to do. Now I've tried this with and without South in installed apps, but either way this is what I get: (venv)Joshs-MacBook-Air:webapp josh$ python manage.py syncdb
