I am trying to use RequiredIfOtherFieldEquals in the validator_list of a FileField and have run in to a problem: When editing an existing object in which the FileField is already populated and no file is chosen for upload validation fails as there is no field_data.
Is there any way that I can make a validator as a model method so I have access to the instance or is there another way around this?
