I have two table say, infantregistration(infant_name, infant_mother_name, address) and vaccineschedule(infant_name, vaccinea_dose, vaccine_dose_id, due_date). There in no foreign key and infant_name is primary key. I will need the fields infant_name, infant_mother_name, address from infantregistration and due_date from vaccineschedule.
